Money

So... I did not participate in Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Anyone want to send some my way? Link my blog to your blogs and sites. View it daily or donate. All of these will help. I may even send you a thank You cookie in the end...

Pancakes

Had $5 pancakes this morning. It was a fundraiser for FIRST robotics team 1405. Alex and I happened to buy tickets at the "lessons learned" post-Ruckus meeting. I think the 1405 Finney HS people were a little surprised they had random non-related robotics fans in attendance. We weren't there too long... I had to work all day, but the pancakes were good.

Black Friday

My new obsession is to eat anything with chili and cheese on assorted junk food (burgers, fries, chips...). It probably is a pretty bad habit, but comfort food keeps me sane after a long day of retail crazies.

Black Friday seems to have even been a worse food day than yesterday. A pancake, turkey, potatoes , green beans, broccoli (yes mother... I eat vegetables sometimes) more potatoes, & cheesecake vs. a breakfast sandwich, coffee, doughnut, more coffee, a slice of pizza, more coffee, more coffee, queso dip & half of a " flatbread flip". Only had to be at work at 6:15 but I like to drink coffee to stay friendly while talking to customers.

I now get to lounge on the couch tonight and not talk to anyone. Yay.

Alex doesn't blog

Thanksgiving. I ate turkey, mashed potatoes, and vegetables I like and gave Alex the hiccups. It's been pretty good.

Tomorrow is Black Friday, have to be at work at 6:15. It won't be as bad as some stores. Hopefully we won't have any annoying customers. Also, I hope I stop having bad dreams where I end up doing things like throwing customer's copies in a puddle.

Cold

Ice on my car twice in one day!!! Argh. 6am to 9:30pm is too long to be out in one day.

A little of this and that

A little of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, tv, trip out to get coffee, computer playing. This is what the life of a unemployed electrical technician (hint.. hint..) is like.

So i just read an article saying that the Bills have fired the coach. Well this is about 3 years over due and the rumor is that the entire offense team is next.

Way to go Packers... beating the stupid, horrible, crappy Dallas Cowgirls.

Sitting waiting for my coffee

I had to scrape ice off of my car this morning. That was after I left my wallet at home. Then I wrestled with Solidworks for a short while. Then PowerPoint... Then my printer. It's just past 10 which means Jitters will give me food and coffee now.

Alex was sleeping all through that. He got up and out for the food and coffee.

hmm...

Looks like my blog has been hacked by a woman. How can this woman have thoughts like, I want to watch football and play call of duty. The truth was, the batteries in the other controller are dead. Maybe if she didn't spend $100 today, she could afford to buy some batteries so I could easily pwn her at call of duty.

by the way the Store and ladies that work and go into Victoria Secret are lovely. Highly recommended to purchase woman stuff there. :P

Frantic clicking and dirty looks

So it seems that my post has lead to Cormier's renewed interest in blogging.. or perhaps just a renewed interest in making money. It's not hard to "hack a blog" when you leave your gmail open. Anyway, at least I'm getting a small bit of attention now and most importantly Monday Night Football is back on the TV. It's a win win.

Taken over

Well, I've been waiting for awhile and I have not yet seen a post, so I took it upon myself to take over this blog. Considering I'm not "Cormier", only close in proximity I guess the title of this blog may need to be changed.

On to blogging... The lack of posting for the past few days has been partially due to the warzone going on in the living area. Apparently the new "COD" has just come out, which means that 6 million lonely people sit in front of the TV and pretend to shoot each other up over the internet. Luckily one does not actually die they just "respawn" in some other area... (from what I see hopefully not in front of someone else's gun or on the edge of a cliff) I'm not really into video game too much (I really like Mario Kart), so the last time I played a shooting game was about 6 years ago when Halo was still cool. I finally got able to play that game without getting stuck in walls after a few games... I've been asking to play, but something about no batteries in the other controller... I'm not exactly sure. So I'm stuck here blogging and putting together my final presentation for class and I get to listen to gunfire in the background.
